Unlock a PDF and remove its password

Type the password once and get a copy that opens, prints and copies without it. Bank and credit card statements, e-bills and payslips can then be merged, compressed or printed like any PDF.

Free, no account needed

How to use it

  1. Drop the locked PDF onto the page.
  2. Type its password. Docurve checks it on your device.
  3. Download the unlocked PDF, or send it straight to Merge or Compress.

Why your files stay private

Most online PDF tools send your document to their server, process it there and send it back. Docurve works differently: the work happens inside your own browser, on your own phone or computer. Your files are never uploaded, so nobody else can see, keep or reuse them. That matters for the documents people handle most: contracts, payslips, ID copies, invoices and medical records.

Frequently asked questions

Can Docurve unlock a PDF without the password?

No. You need the password to open the PDF. If the PDF opens but only blocks printing or copying, those restrictions can be removed without a password.

What is the password for my bank statement?

Thai banks and card companies often use your date of birth or part of your ID card number. The email the statement came with usually says which.

Is my password or file uploaded?

No. Unlocking happens in your browser. Neither the PDF nor the password leaves your device.
